Creare Terms of Service

Product and availability
Creare is a pre-release social publishing application operated by Stack Labs LLC. It helps users import their video, prepare captions, review intended destinations and approve publication. Features depend on supported accounts, provider access, application review and service availability. Registration or account connection alone does not publish content. No continuous availability, audience growth, monetization or provider approval is promised.

Your accounts and content
Use accounts you control or are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in secure. Import and publish only content you are entitled to use, and comply with the connected platform's applicable rules. You retain ownership of your content. Creare needs your permission to process and store the content you submit and transmit the specific content you approve to the selected service in order to provide the requested workflow.

Review before publishing
Automated transcripts and captions can contain mistakes. Review and correct the content, rights, destination and account shown before approving a post. External services determine whether they accept a post and how it appears. An uncertain result requires reconciliation against the exact account rather than blindly retrying publication.

Data, connections and deletion
The separate Creare privacy policy explains current data handling. Disconnecting a provider removes the local connection as described in the app; some providers require you to revoke authorization within their own service. Deleting a Creare account removes its owned workspaces, drafts, uploaded media, sessions and stored grants through the implemented account-deletion flow. It does not delete already-published posts from external platforms. Any shared application registrations that are not your individual social grants may remain to serve other users.

Charges and support
These Terms set no subscription price, automatic renewal or payment authorization. Any future paid offer should clearly state its scope, price, billing period, cancellation and refund conditions before acceptance. Questions and support requests go to malik@stack-labs.net.
